• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be edited, cancelled, or reversed. The only exception is when LOVEJILI provides a Cash Out option for that bet.
• Live betting odds change in real time. The odds shown when your bet is confirmed are considered the final odds for that wager.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not played, your stake will normally be returned to your account, but event-specific rules may still apply.
• If a technical problem prevents us from processing a bet, LOVEJILI has the right to void that bet.
• A bet is accepted only if your account balance is enough to cover the stake. If not, the wager will be rejected.
• Arbitrage betting, which means placing multiple wagers on different results of the same event to secure a profit regardless of the outcome, is strictly prohibited.

LOVEJILI monitors betting patterns and may investigate any activity that looks unusual. While an investigation is being done, your account may be temporarily suspended.

• Payouts are released only to the exact payment channel and registered name you used for your first deposit.
• You must finish the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process before we can process your initial cash-out.
• The smallest amount you can request for a withdrawal is ₱500. Your daily cap, on the other hand, will depend on the tier of your account.
• If a cash-out request looks out of the ordinary, we may inspect it more closely as part of our anti-money laundering checks.

LOVEJILI rolls out bonuses and promos to give players extra value, but each offer comes with rules you need to fulfill before you can take advantage of it.

• First Deposit Offer: The new-member offer is a one-time deal that only applies to fresh sign-ups. To activate it, you'll need to make an initial deposit of at least ₱500.

• Setting up more than one account on the platform or accessing another user's account.
• Bringing in money that came from laundering or any other unlawful source.
• Being involved in match-fixing or deliberately manipulating the outcome of any sporting event or game.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to cheat the betting platform.
• Seeking out and taking advantage of technical weaknesses in the site to get an unfair edge.
• Managing any account for someone younger than the legal gambling age, which is 21 in the Philippines.
• Treating other members with disrespect, bullying, or any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.
• Pretending to be LOVEJILI personnel or using a false identity to deceive others is not permitted.

LOVEJILI reserves the right to suspend your account, either temporarily or permanently, in any of the following situations:

• When a member breaches any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• If we receive a directive from a court or other legal authority.
• If you personally ask us to close your account under our self-exclusion option.
